Senior Metallurgist

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the integrity of the metallurgical function is maintained.
  • Advise subordinates in metallurgical testing, equipment maintenance, service, and training.
  • Delegate the assigned work from superiors to subordinates and tend to finish on time.
  • Ensure that the subordinates follow the work instruction procedures correctly.
  • Report any essential information to superiors.
  • Co-ordinate with the others with pleasure.
  • Follow up on the company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain good working relationships between superiors and subordinates.
  • Assist the department’s administration.
  • Report this information in the morning meeting.
  • Optimize the metallurgical performance of the processing function for the operation team.
  • Initiate and create metallurgical projects.
  • Support subordinates to improve working competencies.
  • Control the administration of the metallurgical department.
  • Ensure that subordinates follow the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Develop a metallurgical database system.
  • Coaching and Training Subordinates.
  • Initiate and revise work instruction procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years’ Experience in Mineral Process Industry.
  • Good communication in English is preferable.
  • Ability to interpret metallurgical results.
  • Understanding of Chemical Reagents, Metallurgical and Chemical Principal.
  • Experience in documentation management and database system.
  • Knowledge of process control would be an advantage.
  • Able to relocate to Phichit province (Chatree Gold Mine).

Accounting Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Handling Accounts Payable.
  • Disburses petty cash by recording entry and verifying documentation.
  • Responsible for keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, statements, reports, etc.
  • Record accounting data in the system correctly and timely for the payment process.
  • Proceed invoice to ensure that payment can be made under agreed condition.
  • Prepare or issue WHT certificate and submit to the Revenue Department.
  • Reinforce AP policy and follow the company’s policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
  • Ad-hoc tasks and other assignment by supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in AP functions.
  • Knowledge of accounting standard (VAT, WHT).
  • Knowledge of Tax regulation.
  • Good computer skill in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Able to communicate in English is a big plus.
  • Good communication and relationship skills.
  • Knowledge of the Pronto system would be an advantage.
  • Able to relocate to Phichit province (Chatree Gold Mine).

Senior Accounting Officer (GL & Asset)

Responsibilities:

  • Record fixed assets and allocate tag numbers to fixed assets to effective track from time to time.
  • Review and compare budget as actual for each department.
  • Fixed asset controlling including new items, disposal, etc.
  • Physical check and asset reconcile report.
  • Ad-hoc tasks and other assignment by supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting.
  • Good command of English would be an advantage.
  • Comfortable with ERP systems and work with Expat.
  • Good computer skill in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot, vlookup)
  • Knowledge of accouting standards (TFRS16 would be an advantage).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and relationship skills.
  • Able to relocate to Phichit province (Chatree Gold Mine)

Assistant Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and monitor procedures guaranteeing the quality, regulations, and exhaustiveness of the published accounts in compliance with applicable local laws.
  • Corporate income tax (PND51, PND50) & BOI & Deferred tax.
  • Coordinate with Revenue department & BOI officer / advisor, external audit, and consultant team.
  • Financial statement and submission to DBD.
  • Coordinate with Auditor & Parent company for Half year, Final audit.
  • Calculate key estimation account (Rehabilitation Provision, Employee benefit, Inventory, NRV for Inventory, Slow moving, Impairment of asset, Restripe, etc.
  • Monthly performance report.
  • Be able to assist Accounting Manager to supervise AP, AR, GL, and finance staffs in daily operation.
  • Lead team to simplified working process.
  • Other duties as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting.
  • Proven experience in leadership role at least 3 years.
  • Strong knowledge in Accounting and Tax systems.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge in the ERP system and MS Office.
  • Good command in English is a must.
  • Good in communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, team player with a willingness to help when required.
  • CPD license would be advantage.
  • Able to relocate to Phichit province (Chatree Gold Mine).
