Responsibilities:
- Ensure the integrity of the metallurgical function is maintained.
- Advise subordinates in metallurgical testing, equipment maintenance, service, and training.
- Delegate the assigned work from superiors to subordinates and tend to finish on time.
- Ensure that the subordinates follow the work instruction procedures correctly.
- Report any essential information to superiors.
- Co-ordinate with the others with pleasure.
- Follow up on the company policies and procedures.
- Maintain good working relationships between superiors and subordinates.
- Assist the department’s administration.
- Report this information in the morning meeting.
- Optimize the metallurgical performance of the processing function for the operation team.
- Initiate and create metallurgical projects.
- Support subordinates to improve working competencies.
- Control the administration of the metallurgical department.
- Ensure that subordinates follow the company’s policies and procedures.
- Develop a metallurgical database system.
- Coaching and Training Subordinates.
- Initiate and revise work instruction procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years’ Experience in Mineral Process Industry.
- Good communication in English is preferable.
- Ability to interpret metallurgical results.
- Understanding of Chemical Reagents, Metallurgical and Chemical Principal.
- Experience in documentation management and database system.
- Knowledge of process control would be an advantage.
- Able to relocate to Phichit province (Chatree Gold Mine).
