OPERATIONS

Akara Resources Public Company Limited is the proud owner and operator of Thailand’s largest gold mine, the Chatree Gold Mine.

The mine is located approximately 280 kilometres north of Bangkok and straddles Phichit and Phetchabun Provinces in lower northern Thailand. The mine is comprised of the Chatree South ore field, which began commercial production in November 2001, and the Chatree North ore field, which began production in November 2008.
