DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement safety programs to increase safety awareness across the organization.
- Daily patrol and Inspection within the work area to cover practice.
- Attend and arrange OHS meeting
- Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, and other relevant safety standards.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to OHS legal requirements and other regulatory obligations.
- Manage incident reporting and investigations.
- Plan and deliver safety training courses to improve staff competency and awareness.
- Organize and execute various safety-related activities to ensure a safe working environment
- Define target and follow up Safety key performance indicator (KPI)
- Summaries analyze and risk assessment safety statistic report
- Perform work in accordance with the law.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Essential
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, or a related field.
- Thai Langue: This is master langue good communication of Thai.
- English Langue: Good communication of English.
- Experience 1-3 years in safety work. relevant experience in health, safety management, with direct experience in the Petrochemical or mining industry being advantageous.
Preferred
- Safety officer technical level
- Master langue Thai is excellent
- English Langue is Good

Technical Skills
Essential
- Knowledge Chemical hazardous / Physical hazardous / Radiation hazardous measures control

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform a pre-job risk assessment ‘Hazard Analysis’ for each task to identify and eliminate associated risks before commencing their respective work.
- Attend and participate in the Company safety programs including safety meetings, hazard identification, work permits, isolation & tag-out and all safety training requirements.
- Comply with the Company ‘Health, Safety, Environmental’ and ‘Security’ policies and procedures.
- Complete all Electrical and Air Conditioning tasks set by the Site Services Supervisor.
- Provide Feed back and identify areas for improvement to the Site Services Supervisor.
- Input into the development of maintenance and operational procedures.
- Participate in all aspects of Building, Plumbing, electrical and Airconditioning maintenance across the site.
- Develop a close liaison with the Project Team and provide assistance when called upon.
- Liaise directly with the Site Services Supervisor for electrical power requirements for all offices and buildings.
- Assist with the assessment of ongoing requirements for maintenance consumables and spares.
- Assist in the development / revision of procedures and maintenance practices to ensure the safe and efficient use of assets.
- Ensure that all work orders are complete, filled out and handed back to the Site Services Supervisor at the end of shift
- Maintain a harmonious and professional relationship.
- Compliance with the Senior Maintenance Superintendent’s instructions and requests as required.
- Assist and support other site personnel with their day-to-day tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential
- Electrical trade with Air Conditioning training
- First Aid Certificate
- Thailand-approved manual vehicle licence
Preferred
- 3 years working within building and building maintenance trades.
- Experience in large building or factory electrical maintenance.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Essential
- Broad range of knowledge within the building and construction industry
- Good knowledge of Air conditioning systems
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings.
- User of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to provide input into reports and maintain accurate records.
- Thorough knowledge of occupational hazards within the building and construction industry.
Preferred
- Strong leadership with a “Can Do” Attitude.
- Ability to use CMMS such as Pronto or SAP
