DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead strategic digital transformation roadmap aligned with corporate goals
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Digital Transformation team members
- Drive adoption of advanced digital workplace solutions (Microsoft 365, ERP, IoT, AI)
- Manage cross-functional projects with measurable business impact
- Partner with management to identify opportunities for business process automation
- Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate solutions and ensure delivery excellence
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity, and data protection standards
- Present transformation progress and KPIs to executive management
- Champion change management and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
Essential
- Bachelor’s in IT/Business
- 5+ years digital project experience
- IT project management experience
- Proven record of leading cross-departmental transformation project

- Agile/Scrum/PMI Certification
