Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a professional reception area.
- Welcome and assist visitors.
- Coordinate communication between visitors and internal staff or executives.
- Visitors’ record of all visitors to be implemented and maintained.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to appropriate departments.
- Manage incoming parcels and mail for delivery to employees.
- Administer hotel, transportation, and air ticket reservations and cancellations.
- Assist in planning and preparation of meetings, conference calls, etc.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
- Updating contact list.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of experience in admin, or reception role.
- Good command of English.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, service-minded attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and various platforms.
- Ability to maintain strictly confidential.
