Qualifications

Document Translator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Translate the training content from English into Thai language for better accessibility. Ensure accurate technical terminology, adapt for cultural relevance, and provide clear explanations.
  2. Performance, provide agreed translation schedule and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  3. Ensure compliance with mine safety standards and operational procedures.
  4. Translating training materials and competency assessments from English into Thai. 
  5. Support onsite translation activities and collaborate with operations and safety teams.
  6. Maintain training material records and report progress to management.

Planning Engineer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Set up and implement processes for developing the daily, weekly and monthly maintenance plan.
  2. Establish and report maintenance shutdown work performance and major equipment repair work.
  3. Manage the quality of work to ensure the standards and specifications.
  4. Create and maintain Work orders and requisitions materials, equipment and services in pronto confirm that part specialized tools, equipment and labor are available prior to releasing WO.
  5. Monitor the performance of machinery and equipment, conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
  6. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repair histories. Generate reports for management review.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Supervise ore mining activities to enable efficient and profitable extraction of ore to take place in a timely and safe manner.

  3. Supervise all waste mining activities to ensure rock type classification into the appropriate AMD category.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Perform a pre-job risk assessment ‘Hazard Analysis’ for each task to identify and eliminate associated risks before commencing their respective work.
  2. Attend and participate in the Company safety programs including safety meetings, hazard identification, work permits, isolation & tag-out and all safety training requirements.
  3. Comply with the Company ‘Health, Safety, Environmental’ and ‘Security’ policies and procedures.

Site Services Supervisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Ensure that the Site Services maintenance team members perform a pre-job risk assessment ‘Hazard Analysis’ for each task to identify and eliminate associated risks before commencing their respective work.

  11. Liaise directly with the Senior Maintenance Superintendent for the day-to-day priority setting of tasks and to discuss any issues that will impact on the operation / availability of the sites infrastructure as a result of tasks being performed by the Site Services maintenance personnel.
  12. Liaise with the maintenance planners to ensure that hard copies of all work orders, mandatory checks & inspections of the sites electrical / instrumentation plant, equipment & apparatus are filed, so as to be available for auditing as required.
  13. Monitor the progress of tasks to ensure that the work practice’s being utilized comply with the current world’s best building and maintenance  industries standards and provide cost efficient / effective results in a safe & timely manner.
  14. Structure task allocation in such a way so as to provide job satisfaction for the Site Services maintenance team, using various methods such as rotation, training, communication, job variety, delegation and by providing a safe work place.
  15. Maintain a harmonious and professional relationship by being consistent in decision making.
  16. Compliance with the Senior Maintenance Superintendent’s instructions and requests as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a strong focus on construction and building maintenance.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Thailand-approved manual vehicle licence.

Preferred

  • 5 years working within building and building maintenance trades.
  • 3 years at supervisory level.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Essential

  • Broad range of knowledge within the building and construction industry.
  • Good knowledge of Air conditioning systems.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and lead a team of building maintenance professionals.
  • Ability to interpret and update electrical drawings.
  • User of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Thorough knowledge of occupational hazards within the building and construction industry.

Preferred

  • Strong leadership with a “Can Do” Attitude.
  • Ability to use CMMS such as Pronto or SAP
  • Ability to develop ‘Safe Working Procedures’ and demonstrate these to subordinates.

Boiler Maker & Welder

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide Boilermaker assistance to trades personnel within the process plant and workshop environment.
  • Carry out basic maintenance to all forms of tooling, including fixed plant and workshop equipment.
  • Assist with Workshop housekeeping.
  • Conduct basic stock inventory control for consumables.
  • Assist with shutdown preparation.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Graduated from a Polytechnic or Technical Training Institute, or completed an approved Apprenticeship with Welder / Boilermaker qualifications.
  • Specialist welding training in areas such as:
    • TIG
    • MMAW
    • Oxy cutting
    • Plasma cutting
    • Hard Facing
    • Measuring
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the mechanical trades or a related field.
  • Thailand-approved manual vehicle license.

Preferred

  • 3 years of experience in a CIL (Carbon-in-Leach) Process Plant.
