Job description:

The main responsibilities will be to cover the following human resources core functions in order to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department:

  1. Talent acquisition, Strategic workforce, Succession planning.
  2. Training and Development.
  3. Compensation & Benefits.
  4. Employee Relations / Engagement.
  5. Reporting and Statistics.
  6. Performance Management. 
  • Handle all HR functions.
  • Assist HR Manager to oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for all employees.
  • Run and initiate activity and coordinate with other departments related to HR matters.
  • Develop and implement HR action plan.
  • Identify opportunities for improving the effectiveness of processes, systems and reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related field.
  • At least 3 yrs in HR direct experience.
  • Good command in both spoken and written English, business level would be a big plus (TOEIC at least 650).
  • Strong capability in MS Excel, analytical and reporting skill.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Solid knowledge of labor regulations and good HR practices.
  • Excellent communication, people-oriented and result-driven.
  • Able to work at Phichit province.
