Job description:
The main responsibilities will be to cover the following human resources core functions in order to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department:
- Talent acquisition, Strategic workforce, Succession planning.
- Training and Development.
- Compensation & Benefits.
- Employee Relations / Engagement.
- Reporting and Statistics.
- Performance Management.
- Handle all HR functions.
- Assist HR Manager to oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for all employees.
- Run and initiate activity and coordinate with other departments related to HR matters.
- Develop and implement HR action plan.
- Identify opportunities for improving the effectiveness of processes, systems and reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related field.
- At least 3 yrs in HR direct experience.
- Good command in both spoken and written English, business level would be a big plus (TOEIC at least 650).
- Strong capability in MS Excel, analytical and reporting skill.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Solid knowledge of labor regulations and good HR practices.
- Excellent communication, people-oriented and result-driven.
- Able to work at Phichit province.
