Job Description:
- Operate and deliver administrative tasks to support the team.
- Maintaining necessary paperwork, data system maintenance.
- Co-ordinate with internal and external parties and suppliers and assist in administrative tasks.
- Manage the office equipment, office supplies and keep the inventory of the stock.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related.
- New graduates are welcome.
- Good in both spoken and written in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Locaition: Phichit province, Chatree Gold Mine
